The Senior magistrate court in Wuse Zone 2, Abuja has discharged the Director of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu of allegations brought against him by the Department of State Services (DSS).
The court reached the decision on December 16, 2015, after the DSS withdrew its case against Kanu.
