Court frees former NSA on N250M bail

Former National Security Adviser (NSA), Sambo Dasuki has been granted bail by an Abuja High Court.                                                                                                                                                       

Dasuki has been facing charges of money laundering and criminal breach of trust before the court.
Presiding judge, Justice Husseini Baba Yusuf granted the former NSA bail to the tune of N250 Million today, December 18, 2015, according to Premium Times.
He is also expected to produce a surety who must be a serving or retired civil servant not lower than the rank of a director.
The surety must also show possession of a property within Abuja worth the same amount.​
Dasuki was also asked to deposit his passport with the court registrar and notify the court of any plans to travel outside Abuja.
