Michelle Mone was today forced to deny that she had become engaged just hours after tweeting a picture of a large sparkler on a ring finger.
The 44-year-old former Ultimo boss mysteriously shared a photograph on Twitter of a left hand last night, wearing an enormous diamond ring which was made up of a cluster of stones.
The Conservative peer - who is said to be dating golfer Stefan Soroka after the pair were seen on holiday in Barbados - captioned the image with the word 'Stunning' and a party popper emoji.
But following the tweet at 8.30pm yesterday, Lady Mone wrote shortly after 1pm today: 'Haha, no, I'm not engaged. The ring is from my new jewellery collection launching on QVC this Sunday at 12.'
